Can be all you need or the first step in the design process. Meetings are usually 1-2 hours long and is the time when we listen carefully to your aspirations.
Survey and site assessment
A line and level survey can be undertaken which will give all the information needed to make informed decisions about the garden. The site assessment takes into consideration the existing features, soil types, plant environment and a broad assessment of the surrounding environment to enable any effecting wider aspects to be considered in the design of the garden.
Concept design sketches
These are produced for us to discuss and consider before going ahead with the detailed design phase.
Detailed design plans
These include comprehensive details of hard landscaping features and structural planting and will give you a clear understanding of how the space will look.
Drawings setting out each plant and their position and a plant schedule can be produced for ease of ordering.
Plant identification and audits
We can undertake an 'audit' of existing beds and borders and make suggestions of ways in which the space can be modified and improved.
Usually at the end of the design process, a clear schedule can be produced for the client to ensure sustainability of the planting.
Perspective, setting out and construction drawings
These are produced to assist with visualisation and the construction process as is necessary.
We can source and supply you with all the plants you need, or just a selection. A clear quotation is provided before ordering.
Full specifications and tender documents to employ contractors can be undertaken on your behalf.
Construction and project management
Monitoring and contractor liaison work can be undertaken to see the garden through to realisation.
We can advise on all future care and maintenance of your garden to ensure it is kept looking its best.
